Roofing Estimate

Xactimate Estimate based off the scope of work and photos provided to ARC. We are familiar with 3D technology such as DocuSketch and Matterport to virtually estimate projects. When virtually estimating roofs without an onsite inspection, Eagleview will be used to find dimensions. If satelite imagery is unable to provide ARC with the information needed, you will be refunded in full.

**Please be advised - All estimates exceeding $30,000 will be subjected to a 0.5% fee of total estimate on top of base pricing. Your ARC Estimator will send an updated invoice for the difference in pricing before estimate delivery.
