Xactimate Estimate based off the scope of work and photos provided to ARC. We are familiar with 3D technology such as DocuSketch and Matterport to virtually estimate projects. Regardless of the visual documentation recieved, ARC will provide a high quality Xactimate estimate to represent your performed services. 

**Please be advised - All estimates exceeding $30,000 will be subjected to a 0.5% fee of total estimate on top of base pricing. Your ARC Estimator will send an updated invoice for the difference in pricing before estimate delivery.
